Are any purchases final sale?

Some items are marked as final sale for hygiene or customization reasons. These will always be clearly labeled before checkout, so you’ll know in advance which products are non-returnable.

When will I get my order?

We process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days.

Where are your products manufactured?

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! PawssiblyPet offers international shipping through our trusted fulfillment partner, Zendrop. Availability depends on the product’s origin—items shipped from Zendrop’s China-based fulfillment centers can be delivered worldwide, while products from U.S.-based suppliers are currently available only to U.S. customers. You’ll see all eligible shipping options at checkout before completing your order.
